Knowing Me

If we can get to know exactly who we are, most of our problems will go away. I say this because the Christian Bible keeps telling us that we are made in the image of God. Really, we are made in the image of the Creator of the universe and we still act stupid, walking around afraid of everything. The truth is that we can only act from the full understanding of our perceptual self-image. If for example, I see myself as a type of person that will be a teacher I will go and study teaching. On the other hand, if I see myself as somebody who will never work anybody, I will do everything within my reach to stay from working for anybody. Others maybe afraid of starting their own business, but you will always act from your full understanding of the kind of person you are. The external factors we blame for our failures are irrelevant. No matter what happens, if you understand yourself as a person made in the image of God, nobody can stop you from doing anything you see yourself as doing.
